Mijas

Mijas village clings to the mountainside on the Mijas Costa. Although it is a well known tourist attraction it is also home to many artists. There is plenty of typical Spanish arts and crafts and lots of colour contrasting with the white washed village.

Famous for its donkeys, I have to say I was less impressed with that side of Mijas. The horse and carriages however were very impressive. The horses looked happy, fit and well kept towing their beautifully painted carriages.
